Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 Location: Prince George, BC or Vancouver, BC HR Director at Drax , you work with business leaders to develop people plans aligned with company priorities and strategy, leveraging knowledge of local operations and HR best practices. Representing your country as part of the HR team, you contribute to the overall HR strategy and utilize strong stakeholder management skills to engage with your HR team, Group HR Centres of Excellence, Strategic Business Partners, and external providers.
