Must HavesMinimum 5+ years as a Software Engineer, with at least 3 years building and scaling SaaS products in production.Fluency in full stack development, specifically with Java (or C#), Spring, and React.Proven ability to architect scalable, distributed systems with a focus on reliability.Hands-on experience maintaining and improving legacy systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and cross-functional teams.
