Ensure all outgoing and incoming orders counts are performed to the highest standards of accuracy. Scan equipment in and out with our barcoding scanners. Notify the CSR of any changes to the order including additions, subtractions or substitutions before contracts are printed. Maintain proper inventory techniques of equipment while being shipped, returned or stocked within the warehouse. Participation in regional inventory counts spot checks, monthly cycle counts and bi-annual full inventory counts. Assist with shop organization and disposal projects; moving shelving, loading trailers and/or dumpsters. Ensure that all equipment sent out to and returned from production go through our established maintenance procedure. Tag and identify any equipment defects or damage and advise the team lead. Advise the team lead of any customer concerns arising from equipment issues or counts. Maintain equipment and stock levels for your secondary duty station and report any issues that may affect availability to the Operations Manager, Lighting & Grip and Grip Warehouse Operations or Inventory Coordinator. Participate in daily meetings related to job safety, work assignments and company announcements. Assist with monthly cycle counts and yearly inventory spot checks. Assist other departments as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by ensuring all equipment is stored and secured in the appropriate area, remove garbage and debris from work areas. Ensure that all WSIB requirements are being complied with. Embrace and engage with Sunbelt Rentals Core 6 practices. Embrace and engage with Sunbelt Rentals Safety culture. Other duties as required. Requirements Education & Experience: The applicant must have above average organizational skills. The applicant must have the ability to work under pressure, and to tight deadlines. The applicant must have above average people skills. Pay Rate: $23.00 / hour Physical Demands Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. Base Pay Range: Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
