With top clients to boast about, Synechron has a global workforce of 14,500+, and has 58 offices in 21 countries within key global markets.Our challengeOur client is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and maintain impactful reporting solutions for a network of over 80 contact centers across various ministries. This role focuses on designing dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, and ensuring data governance to support effective decision-making and operational insights for Albertans.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build a Power BI workforce insights dashboard consolidating key HR metrics from multiple sources.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and align on reporting and visualization needs.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, create forecasts, and develop advanced analytical models.Develop, test, and deploy dashboards, reports, and complex models to provide actionable insights.Manage project tasks, timelines, and risk identification to ensure smooth delivery.Create documentation, functional specifications, and conduct user training to facilitate end-user adoption.Communicate project progress, findings, and insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.Ensure data governance, security, and compliance throughout the reporting lifecycle.Requirements:At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, and time intelligence functions.Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and develop predictive analytics and models.Experience developing and supporting complex dashboards, visualizations, and analytics models.Strong understanding of data governance, security policies, and compliance standards.Knowledge of Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) systems and client interaction data.Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders across technical and business teams.Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Azure analytics tools and best practices in data visualization.We offerA multinational organization with 58 offices in 21 countries and the possibility to work abroad15 days (3 weeks) of paid annual leave plus an additional 10 days of personal leave (floating days and sick days)A comprehensive insurance plan including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long term disabilityFlexible hybrid policy to fit your scheduleRRSP with employers contribution up to 4%A higher education certification policyOn-demand Udemy for Business for all Synechron employees with free access to more than 5000 curated coursesCoaching opportunities with experienced colleagues from our Financial Innovation Labs (FinLabs) and Center of Excellences (CoE) groupsCutting edge projects at the worlds leading tier-one banks, financial institutions and insurance firmsA truly diverse, fun-loving and global work cultureSYNECHRONS DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENTDiversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
