The Opportunity Were seeking a Data Scientist to join a high-impact team developing real-world machine learning and AI solutions that influence millions of users. Youll work on end-to-end ML model design, training, deployment, and optimization from recommendation and personalization systems to pricing, search, and predictive analytics. What Youll DoDesign, train, and deploy ML and Generative AI models that power personalization, pricing, and optimization features.Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate goals into measurable, data-driven outcomes.Work with large, complex datasets to extract insights and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Build scalable data pipelines and ML infrastructure using AWS, Docker, and Airflow/Jenkins.Monitor and improve model performance, contributing to best practices in MLOps.Explore the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance automation and user experiences.What Youll NeedDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.35 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI development, including production deployment.Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.Experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Docker, and modern ML workflows.Understanding of MLOps, model monitoring, and model versioning.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, or tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.Bonus:Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or large-scale consumer platforms.Background in pricing, recommendation systems, or fintech analytics.Contributions to open-source or AI/ML research communities.Why ApplyCompetitive salary and benefits from day one.Pension matching and financial planning support.$1,500 annual training & development allowance.Wellness and gym discounts plus virtual fitness programs.A collaborative, learning-driven environment that encourages innovation.
