Job Title

Position: ServiceNow Security Technical ConsultantLocation: Canada RemoteKey Responsibilities:Lead technical design, architecture documentation, and integration planning for ServiceNow Security & Risk projects.Conduct and facilitate requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and technical reviews.Translate functional requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.Estimate development effort and contribute to project planning and timelines.Serve as a technical escalation point for complex ServiceNow issues within the project.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing technical input and updates.Contribute to process improvement and the development of reusable components and frameworks.Collaborate closely with project leads and clients to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.Qualifications & Experience:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)2+ ServiceNow CIS CertificationsExperience, with significant hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.Proven expertise in at least two additional ServiceNow product lines beyond Security & Risk (e.g., ITSM, IRM, GRC, ITOM).Strong scripting and application development skills (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations).Familiarity with web services, APIs, and mobile application design principles.Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and delivering complex technical projects.RegardsPatrick FernandezTalent Acquisition Group - Strategic Recruitment Manager
