This role offers the chance to lead projects that have a lasting impact on local communities, while building a long-term career with a supportive, well-structured company.You'll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle-from pre-construction through to occupancy-while coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and site staff. As the key leader on the project, you'll align teams and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure success.Partner with consultants, owners, architects, municipalities, contractors, and subtrades to manage project deliveryLead project teams with a focus on clear communication and accountabilityOversee tendering, negotiations, and contract management while fostering strong, lasting relationships with external partnersPlan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment within budgetary requirementsLead pre-construction planning, budgets, and schedules; monitor and adjust as needed throughout the projectManage project coordinators reporting to you on a daily basisOversee the project from pre-construction to occupancy, ensuring compliance with safety standardsProven experience as a Project Manager successfully delivering large-scale ($100M+) construction projectsBackground in residential, commercial, and/or institutional (ICI) constructionComfortable working from an on-site office environmentExperience with structured systems, processes, and managing complex stakeholdersTrack record of success with demanding clients and complex, high-value projectsBonus: Healthy and attainable structureComprehensive medical and dental coverageVacation: 3 weeks minimumWe use AI tools to assist in a fair and efficient matching process, helping our recruiters connect the right people with the right opportunities.
