We take pride in clean, code-true installs and the finished project. The role Youll install residential systemsductless/mini-splits, heat pumps, gas furnaces, ACs, and water heaters. You will experience installing a wide range of residential HVAC systems, building relationships with customers, and being held to a high standard of professionalism. Minimum expectation before applying is a G2 gas ticket and G drivers license. What youll do Install and commission mini-splits, heat pumps, furnaces, and related ductwork to manufacturer specs and local codes Set airflow, perform start-ups, and verify safe operation; walk homeowners through basics and care Maintain a tidy site, follow all safety procedures, and use required PPE Communicate clearly with clients, coordinators, and teammates; document work completed Utilize a well organized CRM system, and follow clearly laid out handbooks and systems.
