QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree and current teaching certification (OCT or equivalent). Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or equivalent (preferred). 5+ years of leadership experience in Christian elementary education. Proven ability to lead teams and navigate school-wide change. Deep understanding of child development ages 3-14, and related pedagogy. Demonstrated alignment with Beacons Statement of Faith. Active involvement in a local Christian church.
