About the Role Responsibilities Work with financial institutions to secure approval for customer financing. Generate additional income through the sales of service contracts, insurance contracts, GAP coverage and maintenance plans. Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information. Provide customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. Qualifications Strong automotive and finance knowledge. Excellent customer service skills. Minimum of 2 years experience as an Automotive Finance Manager.
