About The Role You will lead the bar team as General Manager, setting the benchmark for customer service, training staff, and ensuring a consistently excellent experience. Your responsibilities include managing an experienced management team, overseeing kitchen, bar, and floor operations, driving profitability, developing staff careers, and fostering a fun, highperformance culture.
