Bilingual Order Desk Representative This full-time role involves processing customer orders for electric works and LDS product categories, maintaining account credit/debit information, preparing documentation, coordinating with vendors, and supporting internal teams. Responsibilities include: Processing customer orders and preparing related documentation. Monitoring stock availability and managing backorders and delivery schedules. Entering order data into SAP, providing order status updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Creating purchase orders in SAP and managing vendor relationships for pricing and delivery. Maintaining inventory and working with product managers to ensure stock levels meet safety requirements. Handling invoicing issues, account adjustments, and customer returns. Providing backup support to other order desk areas and assisting internal teams with customer information and reports. Performing general administrative duties as needed. The Successful Candidate Will Have High school diploma with 1-year related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Excel and SAP ECC is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills for customer complaint resolution and alternative solutions. Product and software knowledge to assist with order placement. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing customer and internal interactions. Bilingualism is an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
