Overview The Business Architecture Advisor Marketing translates marketing strategy into actionable solutions, integrating business needs along the way. They ensure synergy and consistency between marketing solutions and other enterprise architecture dimensions. The advisor works closely with the team to design the target solution aligned with the marketing vision and enterprise architecture objectives, and to propose a roadmap that aligns with business priorities. Key Responsibilities Design and document business architecture for initiatives under their responsibility Recommend optimal segmentation and sequencing for initiative delivery Ensure alignment of initiatives with the clients and Marketings architecture targets Contribute to cost-benefit, risk, and opportunity analyses for proposed business initiatives Coordinate the actions of key stakeholders involved in business architecture projects Advise, support, and influence the organization toward continuous improvement and innovation Lead workshops and take ownership of assigned deliverables Ensure adherence to the defined project scope Align with the architecture team regarding solutions, directions, decisions, and issues Requirements and Qualifications Knowledge and Skills Minimum of 8 years of experience in business architecture Experience participating in the feasibility phase of a project to define a target solution Proven ability to lead business architecture files autonomously and with leadership Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders Strong communication and writing skills for executive-level audiences and influence-based roles Competencies Exceptional communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts Ability to influence teams and stakeholders by promoting industry best practices Strong client orientation Results-driven mindset Conseiller(re) en architecture daffaires Marketing (CAA) Le(la) conseiller(re) traduit la stratgie marketing en solutions daffaires concrtes alignes sur larchitecture dentreprise. Job Type: Fixed term contract Contract length: 6 months Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montral, QC
