What I Offer Elite caseloads (15 consistent clients) Flexible hours ability to build an ideal schedule Above-market pay ($25$30/hour to start) Client-match system meet clients before assignment In-home walkthroughs and custom training for each client. The Role Support a small number of clients (15) Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility and transfers (Hoyer/Ceiling lifts) Deliver personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) Meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders Help clients age in place with dignity and respect.
