Salesforce Architect Security Posture & GovernanceRemote (Canada)Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Security Center to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and compliant Salesforce solutions. This role will focus on security posture management, governance, and risk mitigation across Salesforce environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities: Security Posture Management: o Lead the configuration and optimization of Salesforce Security Center to monitor and improve org-level security. o Define and implement security baselines, policies, and controls across Salesforce orgs. o Continuously assess and report on security health, risk exposure, and compliance gaps. Architecture & Design:o Design secure Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and security best practices. o Collaborate with enterprise architects and security teams to integrate Salesforce with broader security frameworks. Governance & Compliance: o Ensure Salesforce implementations comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). o Develop and maintain security governance models, including role hierarchies, permission sets, and access controls. Monitoring & Incident Response: o Establish proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms using Security Center insights. o Support incident response and forensic investigations related to Salesforce security events. Stakeholder Collaboration: o Work closely with InfoSec, IT, and business stakeholders to align security strategies. o Provide guidance and training to development teams on secure coding and configuration practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science/MCA or allied branches. Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a strong focus on security and compliance. Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Security Center and related security tools. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including multi-org strategies. Strong knowledge of identity and access management, data encryption, and audit logging in Salesforce. Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Security & Privacy Accreditation) are highly desirable.
