Job Title: Oracle SCM Project ManagerLocation: Remote (Canada)Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Oracle R12.2.x SCM Project Manager to lead and manage Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management (SCM) projects for a strategic client engagement. This role requires strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules, excellent communication skills, and proven project management capabilities. The candidate will operate from a nearshore location (Canada or Mexico) and work directly with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:Project ManagementLead end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM implementation, upgrade, or support projectsDefine project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plansManage cross-functional teams across time zonesTrack milestones, risks, and dependencies using tools like MS Project or JiraConduct regular status meetings and executive updates Client EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for client stakeholdersFacilitate requirement gathering, solution walkthroughs, and UAT sessionsEnsure client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or escalations Functional ExpertiseProvide hands-on guidance on Oracle EBS SCM modules such as:Inventory (INV)Purchasing (PO)Order Management (OM)Warehouse management system (WMS) Shipping Execution (WSH)Bills of Material (BOM)Translate business requirements into functional specs and coordinate with technical teams Delivery & GovernanceEnsure adherence to Oracle AIM/OUM methodologiesManage documentation, testing cycles, and cutover planningSupport post-production stabilization and hypercare Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or Supply Chain; PMP or equivalent certification preferred8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM functional consulting3+ years of experience in project management rolesStrong understanding of Oracle R12.2.x architecture and SCM data flowsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience working with US-based clients from nearshore locationsAbility to work independently and manage remote teamsPreferred Skills:Familiarity with Oracle Cloud SCM is a plusExperience with integrations (EDI, APIs) and customizationsExposure to Agile or hybrid delivery modelsBilingual (English + Spanish or French) is an advantage
