Job description:Were looking for a certified Red Seal Machinist with strong CNC experience to join our team. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can work independently while supporting the shops production goals.What Youll Do:Set up and operate Haas CNC Mills and Lathes for precision production runsProgram and edit using Fusion 360, G-code, and CAD/CAM softwarePerform quality checks with inspection tools to ensure parts meet tight tolerancesTroubleshoot machining, tooling, and program issues quickly to minimize downtimeMaintain machines and keep a clean, safe, and organized work areaShare knowledge with other operators to support best practices in the shopWhat Were Looking For:Red Seal Certification (Machinist) or equivalent recognized credentialSolid CNC machining experience setup, operation, programmingStrong knowledge of inspection methods, tools, and quality processesAttention to detail, safety-minded, and reliable in meeting production standardsAbility to lift/move materials, stand for extended periods, and work with repetitive tasksA team-oriented approach with good communication skillsWhat We Offer:Hourly Pay: Up to $45.00, based on skills and experienceHealth & wellness benefits packageOpportunities for ongoing training and skill developmentA collaborative shop environment where good machinists are valuedIf youre a Red Seal Machinist ready to put your skills to work in a supportive environment, wed like to hear from you.
