Note:This position is 100% remote and open to candidates located anywhere in Canada. The role follows Eastern Time (EST) hours, and candidates should have flexibility to work within the window of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process. Candidates who are unable to work up to 8:00 PM EST may not be considered for this role.As a Travel Consultant, youll join our highly skilled remote team, providing outstanding service to our corporate business clients. What Youll Do Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional servicesArrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodationsUse various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Sabre, Apollo, Galileo and Amadeus. Training may be providedEnsure compliance to customers agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirementsUse positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requestsCollaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levelsWhat Were Looking ForBilingual in French and English.
