As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you will lead the full spectrum of HR activities across Canada, act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, and you will help shape and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and enable our people to thrive. This role marries strategic work with hands on execution as we reimagine how HR work is done at Drake.
