Responsibilities:Manage employee files and HR recordsPrepare employment-related documentationSupport the recruitment process from job posting through onboardingCollaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirementsDraft and distribute internal communicationsAssist with investigations, union correspondence and grievance trackingEnsure HR actions are aligned with collective agreementsHRIS and reportingTraining and developmentRequirements:CHRP enrolment is an asset2-4+ years of related experience in HR requiredUnion experience is a strong assetOperations industry experience is a strong asset; manufacturing, distribution etc.Strong Excel and system skillsEffective communicated skills; written and verbalAbility to work on-site daily
