' Canadian applicants'To provide support to the Chief Representative of Canada Office in implementing international relations objectives, via the International Office, including effective, efficient, and sustainable operations of the office, management of stakeholder relations, maintaining all types of communication, and assistance with roadmap implementation.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Administrative OperationsEnsure all administrative operations of the office are conducted to the highest standard, amongst other areas, to ensure all reporting procedures and processes delegated by HQ are conducted in a timely manner and adhere to all set deadlines.Manage all types of communication and support with marketing and social media outreach.Assist the full cycle implementation of project-based activities via the International Offices.Support in the organization of all business facilitation platforms, such as seminars, conferences, group discussions, roundtable, forums and others.Provide assistance to the Chief Representative of Representative Office, when and if needed.Information SecurityAdherence to the information security policies/processes/program and for reporting any security breaches or incidents to the direct management.Policies, Systems, Processes and ProceduresContribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of departmental systems, policies, processes and practices considering international leading practices to improve productivity and operational efficiency.Provide critical input to support the development of Departments systems, policies, processes, and procedures to meet business requirements.Ensure team members comply with all Departments policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Quality, Health, Security, Safety and EnvironmentEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security and environmental procedures and controls across the Department to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high-quality services.ReportingEnsure that all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet Dubai requirements, policies and quality standards.OthersOther relevant tasks of the job purpose when, and if requiredMonthly Salary3,000 - 4,000 USDQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Minimum QualificationBachelors degree in international business, Business Administration or other relevant fieldsMinimum Experience and Skills1 - 2 years of progressive experience in corporate affairs, external relations in various huge organizations or businessBusiness research experience Must have business awareness and basic knowledge about local countrys business communityFluent in English, and country languages (read, spoken, written)Excellent knowledge in MS applications.Excellent team skills.French LanguageCOMPETENCIES:Communication SkillsPR ManagementEvents ManagementLocal / International Business & Trade AcumenBusiness & Trade Promotions Management.International Relations ManagementDiplomatic & International Business Protocol
