We're looking for a Logistics Specialist to support world-class clients through precision, communication, and operational excellence.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Coordinate, rate, dispatch & monitor shipments across North AmericaCommunicate with clients & carriers to resolve issues fastMaintain databases & documentation (PARS, PAPS, Customs docs)Analyze trends & suggest process improvementsEnsure compliance with health, safety & trade regulationsWHAT YOU BRING:At least 5+ years of logistics experience that includes client interfacing (phone, email, or in-person) 3PL or 4PL experience preferred.At least 5+ years of administrative, customer service, logistics, inside sales customer facing or similar related logistics experience! Note: Logistics experience such as forklift operators and warehouse workers will not be considered for this role.Experience with international or controlled goods shipments (ITAR a plus)Strong business acumen & customer-first mindsetCCS, CITT, or PLOG certification a plusExcellent multitasking & communication skillsFlexible work hours including occasional weekends/holidaysWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
