Need to live in Manitoba, Canada to be considered for this position. Position: Help Desk Technician Key Requirements: Proficient experience with Windows 11 and Apple iOS systems. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management. Strong understanding of PC hardware and software troubleshooting. Proven ability to manage and resolve helpdesk tickets. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional Must Haves: Position is a Government service desk operating 24/7 so shift work will be required Training will be for 6 weeks Monday to Friday from 7am - 3:30 or 8am - 4:30 and then schedule will change a bit after training, but bulk of calls will be Monday to Friday so expect Monday to Friday schedule with varying shift hours Working remote from home Must reside in Manitoba
