Le responsable grands comptes (KAM) est un poste sur le terrain couvrant la rgion dcrite ci-dessus. Le KAM est charg datteindre avec succs les objectifs de vente pour Dupixent (portefeuille respiratoire) en fonction dun plan de dveloppement stratgique et de lexcution des ventes. Le responsable grands comptes Dupixent travaille en troite collaboration avec les clients pour sassurer que les initiatives axes sur le client sont excutes. Dans ce rle, le titulaire travaillera en troite collaboration avec une quipe transversale (Marketing, Mdical, Ventes, Services de soutien aux patients) pour atteindre les objectifs de vente annuels du territoire. Principales Responsabilits Atteindre les objectifs de vente et les objectifs de rentabilit du dupilumab en grant le budget du territoire. laborer et mettre en uvre des plans de dveloppement annuels du territoire bass sur les connaissances du march et incorporer des plans de marque marketing pour assurer lharmonisation. Assurer des mises jour continues et opportunes du plan en rponse lvolution de la dynamique du march. laborer et mettre en uvre des plans de visite omnicanal (OCCP) orchestrs par le reprsentant pour les clients cibles. Respecter systmatiquement la proposition de valeur de Dupixent et sassurer que les objectifs de la marque sont atteints grce la communication de messages cls aux spcialistes. Utiliser des sources de donnes cls pour dvelopper stratgiquement des plans daction territoriaux. Identifier, construire et dvelopper les relations client/partie prenante cls ; continuer identifier et dvelopper des dfenseurs de Dupixent. Collaborer avec la liaison en sciences mdicales (MSL) pour mettre en uvre des programmes rgionaux de FMC (formation mdicale continue). Effectuer toutes les tches administratives requises, y compris les rapports de dpenses, les rapports marketing et les rapports dappels. Travailler dans le respect des directives rglementaires, juridiques et de conformit de Sanofi.
