Air Wave Heating and Cooling is currently seeking licensed HVAC Technicians/Mechanics to join our service team. We have a rapidly growing customer base and offer an attractive work atmosphere.*Qualifications** *Qualifications*- Valid 313A Refrigeration Certificate and G1 License along with work experience servicing and installing related equipment for commercial, industrial and institutional clients- Minimum 5 years of experience as licensed 313A and G1 Technician preferred- Proven strong diagnostic skills- Valid Drivers License with clean driving record- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to be on an on-call rotation- Valid Working at Heights certificate*Responsibilities** Deliver professional customer service to our clients.* Diagnose causes of HVAC equipment operation failures.* Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and/or their representatives.* Communicate any site HVAC improvement/repair suggestions that are necessary for proper equipment performance and/or building comfort.* Perform installation, service and maintenance tasks as required.* Provide accurate service reports upon completion of any work to ensure the customer and administration staff are properly informed.* Understand, and adhere to all site-specific health and safety regulations.*Skills/Experience:** G1 Licensed Technician.* 5 to 7 years of experience preferred.* Experience diagnosing and repairing boiler/hydronic systems is an asset.* Familiarity of the local gas codes.* Strong oral and writing skills* Rotational paid on call is required.*License:** Drivers License & Clean Abstract (Required)* 313A - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Required)* Gas Technician 1 (Required)*We offer:** Competitive wages based on experience & technical capability.* Company group medical benefits* Service vehicle and all necessities to perform your tasks professionally.Work Remotely* NoJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $40.00-$50.00 per hourBenefits:* Company car* Dental care* Extended health care* Profit sharing* RRSP match* Vision careLicence/Certification:* Gas (preferred)* Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (required)* Drivers Licence (required)Work Location: In person
