Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM. Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and understanding of responsive email design principles. Strong SQL skills for data segmentation and campaign analysis. Experience with ESPs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or Adobe Campaign. Familiarity with QA testing tools (Litmus, Email on Acid, etc.) and debugging HTML email rendering issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience with Excel or BI tools is a plus. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
