Safely perform tire removal, installation, and repair for passenger and light truck vehicles. Diagnose tire issues, evaluate repairability, and apply appropriate repair methods. Use alignment machines, flush machines, oil lube, and filter service equipment. Assist in mechanical inspections and services, following work order procedures. Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently surpassing client expectations. Qualifications and Success Completion of the Automotive Technician Program or equivalent experience. Valid driver's license. Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a desire to learn. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills. Ability to excel in a physically demanding environment involving heavy lifting. Safety conscious always wear required PPE and follow protocols.
