Partout o cela est possible, nous favorisons la flexibilit dans nos modes de travail afin de stimuler l'esprit d'innovation. *Vos dfis:* * Recevoir, organiser, mettre en place et assurer le suivi des demandes de transport end to end , provenant des clients externes et internes ; * Grer les oprations de transport hors gabarit ( oversized ) et general cargo pour le programme A220 ; * S'assurer de l'excution des oprations de transport auprs des diffrents prestataires de services ; * Effectuer un suivi minutieux des transports de faon quotidienne auprs des clients internes et externes ; * S'assurer du respect des plannings au niveau des diffrentes oprations de transport ; * S'assurer de suivre, mettre en place et actualiser les processus affrents aux diverses oprations de transport ; * S'assurer de respecter les rgles de transport et douanires au niveau international arien, maritime, routier pour les marchandises oversized et general cargo ; * S'assurer de respecter les rgles de notre compagnie en fonction des requis pour les oprations de l'A220 ; * Reprsenter un interlocuteur cl pour les diverses oprations de transport pour le programme A220 auprs de nos diffrents services internes (logistique, production, approvisionnement...) et de nos prestataires externes ; s'assurer d'une bonne communication avec ces derniers ; * Mettre jour, suivre et respecter les KPI internes ; * Participer aux runions mensuelles oprationnelles ; * Travailler du lundi au vendredi et tre de rotation en fin de semaine raison d'une fois par mois pour rpondre aux transports urgents ; * tre force de proposition face un problme de transport et savoir proposer des solutions . *Votre profil:* * Vous possdez un diplme de licence en transport et logistique ou une exprience quivalente dans ce domaine d'activit ; * Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d'exprience dans le domaine du transport ou un poste similaire, avec connaissance du march nord-amricain, des oprations de transport oversized et/ou general cargo ; * Vous faites preuve de rsilience ; * Vous tes orient client ; * Vous tes proactif, ractif et vous savez anticiper les demandes et les besoins ; * Vous avez une bonne communication interne et externe ; * Vous tes soucieux du respect des rgles, processus et politiques internes ; * Vous tes organis, mthodique, consciencieux et rigoureux ; * Vous tes soucieux de la qualit de service ; * Vous savez travailler en quipe .
