If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a strong background in cloud data platforms and infrastructure-as-code, wed love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain complex data pipelines and integration workflows using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and SnowflakeCollaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and engineers to deliver secure and high-performing data solutionsApply DevSecOps principles for secure development, deployment, and monitoring of data pipelines and infrastructureImplement and manage data encryption, access control, and governance using tools like Databricks Unity CatalogTroubleshoot performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize workflows for reliability and scaleMaintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvementTop 3 Hard SkillsDatabricks, SQL & Python 4+ years of hands-on experienceDevOps & Security experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Terraform/BICEP, and Powershell scriptingCloud Data Integration 4+ years with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and related toolsQualifications & RequirementsBachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience5+ years of professional experience in data engineering with cloud data platformsStrong understanding of handling sensitive data, data encryption, and governanceExcellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skillsSelf-motivated team player who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
