As a Senior Advisor, Training & Development, you will join the HR team reporting to the Director, Training and Development, responsible for designing, managing, and executing projects to standardize and strengthen training, engagement, and HR practices across the organization.About the role: Senior Advisor, Training & DevelopmentIn this role, you will maintain and build up initiatives presently in place, including onboarding programs, technical skills training, leadership programs, and engagement programs. You will design, develop, and implement HR programs and initiatives, managing project life cycles and budgets to ensure consistent, high-quality learning initiatives across the organization.You will develop tools and supports for managers and employees to enhance organizational learning, plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and trainings, and partake in process mapping, systems development, or policy design as needed. Must be fully bilingual in English and French (verbal and written).Technical & HR Skills: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools, experience with Insights Discovery or similar an asset, HR transformation and process change experience, and strong project management skills.
