Once complete, it will provide fast, frequent and convenient service to B.C.s second largest jobs center, world-class health services, an emerging innovation and research hub, and growing residential communities.Under the direction of the Senior Contracts Manager, the Contract Administrator will be responsible, during the project execution phase, for the administration of upstream and downstream contracts.
