You will define and prioritize the product backlog, drive the product vision, and ensure delivery of valuable solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, along with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.What youll doProject Management Establish business case and budget, report on key outcomes, evaluate and manage vendor performanceResource Allocation and Prioritization Collaborate with the business to address key initiatives and harvest core business valueSupport Strategy and Roadmap Development Define and evolve product vision and ways of working, identify new product opportunities and partner with executives for alignment to broader company objectivesAgile Team Collaboration Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to support delivery and maintain focus on key accountabilities and objectivesProduct Performance, Financial Management and Quality Assurance Monitor and optimize technology stack, track and report on value realized to governing bodiesWhat you haveExtensive experience in product management (5+ years) and strategic planning and roadmap deliveryBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration; Masters or MBA is a plusDevelopment experience with financial planning tools is requiredExceptional ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, collaborate and problem-solve with diverse stakeholders, strong written and verbal communicationWhy Join UsWe offer competitive compensation and a Total Rewards program.
