If you are a strategic leader who is organized, creative, collaborative, and deeply committed to making a difference, this could be your calling.What Youll Do:Lead the creation and execution of Ratanaks annual marketing and communications plan, in collaboration with the Development and Communications Director.Ensure all public-facing content follows brand standards and communicates hope-filled stories with sensitivity and clarity.Manage and produce a wide range of content including newsletters, fundraising appeals, articles, internal updates, event promotions, prayer bulletins, and donor appreciation letters.Oversee the development of written copy, graphic design, social media posts, website content, and basic video projects to support Ratanaks mission and campaigns.Supervise the Digital Marketing Coordinator to ensure campaigns and communications are executed on time, with excellence and brand consistency.Monitor and maintain Ratanaks social media presence, creating on-brand, engaging content and responding appropriately to public interactions.Edit and review content to ensure accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and alignment with security protocols.Regularly update Ratanaks websites with current and compelling content, and manage digital ad campaigns to increase reach and engagement.Support the development and implementation of Ratanaks Brand Standards to ensure consistency across all public-facing materials.What You Bring:35 years of experience in marketing or communications.Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.Strong writing, editing and content creation skills, with a portfolio that showcases your work.Experience designing for print and digital using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.Comfortable creating short-form video content and managing social media platforms.Familiarity with digital marketing and donor engagement in the non-profit sector.Excellent project management skills able to balance deadlines, details, and creativity.A heart for justice and a desire to see lives transformed.Comfortable working in a faith-based and cross-cultural environment.Tools Youll Use:Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics & AdsCanva, Adobe Creative SuiteMicrosoft OfficeYour creativity, strategy, and drive to make a differenceThe Perks:A meaningful job where your creativity helps change lives.Flexible, collaborative, and purpose-driven team environment.Gross annual salary of $62,450 $72,328 (depending on education and experience).Comprehensive group benefits package and RRSP match.Full-time, 40 hours per week, starting September 2025.Based in Burnaby, BC, with occasional international travel opportunities.Candidates are required to submit their resume with a cover letter no later than9:00 am PST, Friday, August 8, 2025.
