The Concierge Guard will be responsible for managing front desk operations, delivering exceptional customer service, handling visitor inquiries, coordinating reservations, and assisting with general receptionist duties. The role requires a calm and professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming and secure environment for residents, tenants, and guests.
