Key Responsibilities: Oversee renovation projects from start to finish. Ensure timely completion of construction projects within budget constraints. Analyze AutoCAD drawings and floor plans for feasibility. Perform hands-on tasks such as electrical work, carpentry, and plumbing. Develop floor plans using CAD design software. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders. Plan and schedule construction operations. Negotiate contracts with external vendors. Obtain necessary permits and licenses. Lead a team and provide guidance. Maintain regular project progress assessments and performance evaluations. Prepare reports for stakeholders. Foster collaboration with head office and receive dedicated support. Essential Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant, warehouse, and commercial building renovation. Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and floor plans. Hands-on experience in electrical, carpentry, and plumbing. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Effective communication skills. Physical ability to lift, push, or move products up to 25 lbs.
