Position: Vision AI Data AnalystLocation: Canada RemoteThe Vision AI Data Analyst will support a manufacturing environment by ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and meaningful insights from Vision AI monitoring systems. This role helps drive multimillion-dollar savings through improved sterility assurance, reduced downtime, and batch release optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and process manufacturing and environmental data.Develop dashboards and KPI reports related to downtime reduction and sterility performance.Perform root cause analysis on anomalies identified by Vision AI systems.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.Support predictive models for maintenance and glove replacement.Provide performance monitoring and executive-ready reporting.Experience Required4+ years of hands-on data analysis experience (pharma/life sciences preferred).3+ years working in regulated environments (GxP exposure).Technical Skills3+ years of manufacturing compliance & data integrity principles.13 years experience/familiarity with AI/ML monitoring or industrial IoT data.Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation skills.PreferredAI certifications or practical AI project experience.Experience in pharmaceutical program management or regulated manufacturing.
