Salesforce Technical ArchitectWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Technical Architect to drive the next phase of innovation across our platform. In this pivotal, high-impact leadership role, you'll be responsible for designing secure, scalable, and impactful solutions that align with client needs and support our long-term product vision.This is a 100% remote position.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Leadership: Lead technical design sessions, define and document Salesforce-based solutions, and create architectural blueprints that align with product goals.Technical Governance & Mentorship: Provide oversight for engineering projects, offering technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.Custom Development: Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.Standards & Quality: Help define coding standards and lead code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and the use of proper design patterns for scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.Integration & AI Strategy: Drive the integration strategy for our products and platforms into Salesforce, including design and deployment of AI/ML solutions (e.g., Einstein GPT, CRM Analytics).Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends, evaluating their impact, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for development processes.Complexity and Scale ExpectationsThe ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a High Complexity / Enterprise environment, handling large-scale custom development and solution definition/oversight.Users: The solutions must support >10,000 internal users and/or >50,000 Experience Cloud users.Concurrent Users: Experience managing systems with >5,000 concurrent users.Data Volumes: Proven ability to handle massive data, totaling >50 million records.Large Data Volume (LDV): Expertise in managing solutions involving >3 objects, each containing >5 million records.Integrations: Architecture and governance of complex integration landscapes, including >15 real-time and streaming integrations.AI Interactions: Experience with systems processing high volumes of AI/ML services, specifically >5 million AI interactions per month.Essential Qualifications and ExperienceExperience: 9+ years of CRM experience, with at least 6 years on the Salesforce platform.Certifications: Salesforce Application Architect & System Architect are required. Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred.Platform Expertise: Deep expertise across the entire Salesforce suite, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience (Community) Clouds.Data Architecture: Proven ability to design performant, scalable Salesforce solutions for Large Data Volumes (LDV), with a strong understanding of data sharing models and platform limits.Integration Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi).AI/ML Integration: Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions integrated with Salesforce (3+ years) and hands-on experience with Einstein GPT, CRM Analytics, Generative AI, and NLP.DevOps: Familiarity with environment and release management, version control, and CI/CD workflows (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Git).
