Travel to Office expectations For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be inoffice events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semiannual and annual team meetings. Key Responsibilities Manage overall UX design strategy, priorities, and execution across the product portfolio for key user personas, leveraging emergent AI technology Bring user research and design to early discovery efforts to understand user needs and design solution options. Lead highperforming, multidisciplinary UX teams and foster their growth through rapidly evolving AI tech change Build strong partnerships with product and engineering leaders to prioritize UX efforts and influence a usercentered approach throughout the PDLC. Build strong partnerships with GTM leaders to understand customer feedback and prioritize UX efforts to influence the product roadmap. Other Duties as Assigned Qualifications & Skills Bachelors or Masters Degree in User Experience, Business, or Technology Extensive experience in customer needs and strategy for healthcare solutions in Post Acute, Skilled Nursing, Value Based Care, Healthcare Revenue, or related Experience with all aspects of people leadership, including recruitment, development and coaching in the Product Operating Model Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of complex projects with crossfunctional buyin Experience defining and using product analytics to identify potential UX issues and prioritize customer QOL efforts Compensation $193,000 - $215,000 a year. The CA base salary range for this position is $193,000 - $215,000 plus bonus or commission plus equity plus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all CA locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by jobrelated skills and knowledge, relevant experience, including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
