Executive Assistant - Apparel Design and SourcingCompany: PFD Enorsia Canada CorporationLocation: Victoria, BCReports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)Compensation: $21–$25 per hour, plus benefitsProbation Period: 3 monthsStart Date: Second week of December 2025, or mutually agreed upon datePosition SummaryPFD Enorsia Canada Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to support the CEO and oversee day-to-day business operations. This role combines executive support, office administration, and apparel sourcing coordination—ideal for candidates with experience in fashion operations, merchandising, or small business management. As this is a start-up, we are seeking candidates that can demonstrate experience in working in a small team.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing communication, coordinating projects across Canada and overseas, maintaining documentation, and supporting the smooth functioning of business operations. The role is based primarily in Victoria. A valid driver’s license is strongly recommended.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct administrative and executive support to the CEO, including calendar, email, travel, and correspondence management.Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals; track follow-ups and project actions.Manage office logistics, vendor communications, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.Oversee document control and standardized templates for contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.Coordinate team meetings, agendas, minutes, and project updates across departments.Maintain operational oversight on project timelines, deliverables, and reporting.Support and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the ERP and PLM systems.Manage onboarding of staff, vendors, and interns, ensuring systems access and compliance.Oversee software subscriptions and productivity tools, including ChatGPT Plus and marketing platforms.Liaise with IT vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, and license renewals.Handle procurement, inventory, and general office management responsibilities.Act as a communication bridge between Canadian operations and international sourcing offices (Bangladesh, Pakistan, etc.).Qualifications2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or in apparel/fashion operations.College or Undergrad degree (preferably from Canadian institutions)Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Trello, HubSpot).Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems and document management best practices is an asset.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently with sound judgment and discretion.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel weekly between Vancouver and Victoria.Compensation & BenefitsHourly rate: $21–$25, based on experience37.5 hours per weekComprehensive benefits package after probationTravel expenses for business trips coveredGrowth opportunities within an expanding companyHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you’re a strong fit for this role to
