Job SummaryThe Senior Technical Lead (SAP BW on HANA) will be responsible for overseeing technical implementation, development, and maintenance of SAP BW on HANA solutions. They will lead a team of technical experts, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while adhering to best practices and industry standards.Key Responsibilities1. Lead and manage a team of technical experts in the design, development, and deployment of SAP BW on Hana solutions.2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, create technical designs, and implement solutions that meet business needs.3. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.4. Perform system configuration, testing, and optimization to enhance the performance of sap bw on Hana solutions.5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.6. Stay updated on the latest SAP BW on Hana trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business value.10 years of experience in at least one of the following: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC Planning, S/4HANA Analytics, SAP Datasphere (Data Warehouse Cloud DWC) Good core consulting skills Oral and written communication, organization and planning, client facing and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of latest trends in Analytics space including platforms and solutions from other vendors Hands-on experience in advanced analytics domain like Predictive Analytics or SAC Smart Features, SAC Application Designer is a plus. Hands on knowledge of related planning solutions like BPC, TPM, BW-IP will be nice to have and will give added advantage. SAP Content Finance experience required in the Media & Entertainment industry. Review current-state accounting processes with BAU process owners and design and implement any needed changes to processes required in the future state ERP structure related to the Fixed Asset subledger workstream. Responsible for helping the data team and Workstream Leads identify Data Profiling, Cleansing, Consolidation and Conversion rules. Work closely with the Project System and Master Data subledger workstream leads to complete data reconciliations and validations during Mock Cut-overs, UAT and Production Cut-over for ERP transformations.
