Job Overview The Accounts Receivable Receipts Clerk works in tandem with the rest of the team to ensure proper handling of deposits whether it be cash, cheque, or electronic fund payments. They also complete high volume data entry and assist in maintaining Owners information. The successful candidate will possess high attention to detail, strong verbal & written communication and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy. Responsibilities Receive, sort and enter payments received from Homeowners and other payors. Data entry of payment and banking information into the accounting system. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment. Other accounting, administrative and customer servicerelated duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in highvolume data entry in either an office or accounting related field, with a strong focus on accuracy and speed. Proven financial or numerical aptitude, ideally gained through prior Accounts Receivable experience for a large, complex, clientfocused organization. Experience providing customer service and cash handling would be an asset. Strong experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines. High attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
