We are looking for new or recent graduates willing to relocate across Canada for training. Relocation assistance is provided. The Role As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a fourphased program to learn every aspect of our businessfrom shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management to employee development. Over 3.5 to 4 years, youll build a sales territory, deliver worldclass customer service, and receive guidance from current managers and teammates across Canada. Program Outline Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service Build product knowledge and gain handson experience with logistics, customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory & pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more. Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement Transition from customer service to managing largescale projects, reading blueprint drawings, and creating quotes. Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales Focus on business development, finding new opportunities, selling products, negotiating contracts, expanding the customer base, and creating level5 customer partnerships. Phase 4: Leadership and Operations Provide strategic vision, lead a team, mentor others, and run the business while developing leadership competencies and coaching. Upon completion, youll be ready to take on a management role at a Canadian Profit Center location. Qualifications University degree or college diploma all disciplines will be considered.
