Unlocking Insights and Building Growth As a Merchandise Analyst, you will support our Merchandising teams by analyzing category performance data and providing insights to drive business success. You will participate in category reviews, analyzing market performance, and collaborating with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and Dealers on product performance. Led by the Merchandise Manager, this role will suit someone with great communication and negotiation skills. * Please note we have two positions available - one permanent fulltime role and one 14month term. Ready to make an impact in a new role? Heres how: Prepare, analyze, and share category performance data and insights. Work with suppliers to collect product and category information. Negotiate with suppliers for participation in ads, campaigns, and promotional programs. Work with pricing analysts to validate supplierproposed cost changes. Collaborate with, and lead, crossfunctional teams for category reviews, promotional planning and execution, marketing content approvals, and product information main. Communicate and resolve Dealer inquiries and issues. College or University courses in Business with 2+ years of retail, wholesale, or corporate experience in the hardware industry preferred. Ability to work independently in a collaborative crossfunctional team setting. Ability to assess, prioritize, and react to changing situations in a busy, fastpaced deadlinedriven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proactive problemsolving and negotiation skills. The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
