Operations Consultant Part Time Join the SEPHORA team as an Operations Consultant and contribute to a worldclass beauty destination. Location & Compensation ABSouth Centre Calgary (0562)Calgary, Alberta, CanadaSalary CA$90,000.00CA$120,000.00 (2months ago) Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable client service during store business hours. Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on PointofSale (POS) and MultiPoint of Sale (MPOS) systems. Maintain stockroom organization, receive and process shipments, and manage transfers, damages and testers per company standards. Ensure visual merchandising, cleanliness, safety and compliance with sampling policies. Communicate inventory issues to the Operations Supervisor, Assistant Manager(s) or Store Manager. Participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss and crosstrain in cashier functions. Essential Skills & Qualifications 12years of retail or clientservice experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity. Proficient computer, arithmetic and organizational skills. Effective timemanagement, problemsolving and communication skills. A highschool graduate or equivalent. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements Work in a fragrancefilled environment. Lift and carry up to 50pounds. Bend, stretch and stock shelves.
