The role focuses on the administration of sales and aftersales processes, including proposal and order management (Bid Management). It is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and is a fulltime position. Responsibilities All activities pertaining to the execution of Diagnostics (DX) Sales and Service Contracts, including order booking in SAP, contract creation and maintenance, billing, amendments, cancellations, clarification, followup, and dispute resolution. Oversee all DX Sales and Service Contracts. Handle time and material billings: book orders in SAP, resolve billing disputes, and manage pricing problems. Manage instrument and accessory shipments and billings, including stock acquisition, backorders, returns, and replacements. Oversee supplies renewals and expiry notifications to customers, with proactive followup as needed. CPR billing: lead the project to onboard all CPR customers onto the ecommerce platform (eLuminate). Ship and transfer Siemens Healthineers assets to customers (Marketing units). Replenish marketing and service instrument/accessory inventory. Review and release billing blocks. Resolve customer pricing disputes. Complete vendor load sheets, pricing documents, and reports. Respond to general customer requests. Participate in sales review meetings. Provide audit support for projects as required. Create a collaborative environment with field teams. Digitalise and automate all processes, and conduct technical scope work, project management, documentation, and SAP testing as required. Handle adhoc requests as needed. Qualifications & Skills Postsecondary education in business, finance, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of experience in contract administration and customer invoicing. Bilingual in French and English. Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Efficient timemanagement skills and the ability to handle multiple competing tasks daily. Handson experience with SAP. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Access, and the MS Office 365 suite. Analytical mindset and problemsolving capability. Teamwork orientation and the ability to manage tight deadlines.
