Job Description

Temporary Full Time Reporting to an Assistant/Associate Manager, you will work as part of a team committed to providing superior, timely, accurate and costeffective service to our clients. You will respond to and process requests for policy information and/or changes for clients including financial security advisors, marketing assistants, client service centre staff, policyowners and internal business partners. What You Will Do Process a wide variety of client service transactions, ensuring proper authorizations, accurate calculations, and updated system records. Transactions include disbursements and related accounting entries, beneficiary/ownership changes, premium payment administration, reinstatements, and policy changes or confirmations of policy revisions. Respond to inquiries and provide technical, contractual information by interpreting contractual provisions, routine tax regulations, guidelines and system processes. Participate as a member of the team in administrative routines and support the Assistant or Associate Manager in the effective operations of the team. Contribute to project work as required to support new initiatives, product enhancements and systems changes. What You Will Bring Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required. Commitment to selfdevelopment. Knowledge of individual traditional life/universal life products is an asset. The base salary for this position is between $40,300.00 minimum - $67,000.00 maximum annually. This represents base salary only and does not include other variable compensation components of our total rewards program.
