About this role We are hiring a senior operator to work directly with the founder as a highimpact IC. Your job is to help build a lean, sustainable, AInative growth discipline at Kopperfield. We are focused on productled growth with leads primarily coming from paid search, SEO, and organic. Youll be responsible for nurturing, converting, and upselling leads/customers. You will own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and Reddit, run GEO and GEM plays, ship landing pages, drive SEO, and build lifecycle flows that convert. You will get close to customers through supporting them both pre and post sale, spot user experience issues, and help shape what we build next.
