What Youll Do As a member of the Solution consulting team, you will engage with enterprise business prospects, discover and assess customer requirements, prepare and present demonstrations of the Empower platform, address and overcome technical objections throughout the business process, become trusted advisors, and drive strategic technical strategies and solutions. Where You'll Work This role will be based in our Vancouver office. We are a hybrid environment combining inoffice and remote work. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week (Wednesday and Thursday). Starting February2,2026, we will require three days per week in officeMonday, Wednesday, and Thursday. As a perk, you also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work. Responsibilities Own and confidently deliver value and customeroutcome based presentations, product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and proofs of value of the Empower solution. Couple your product and industry expertise with strong sales acumen to identify key value drivers of a customers business and accurately identify prospect pain and decision criteria. Strategize with sales team members to identify the approach most likely to persuade prospects to change existing behaviors, and to solve deallevel challenges. Leverage curiosity and superior listening skills to build understanding and offer customers/prospects a unique perspective. Participate in deal review meetings, and have a firm point of view. Promote Brex Empower across industries and provide thoughtleadership related to transformation, technology, spend management, and relevant industry trends. Requirements 35+ years experience working in a SaaS presales environment. Experience working on enterprise deals. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently. Ability to effectively explain complex concepts to any audience in clear, polished presentations and/or responses to questions and challenges. Experience speaking with and presenting to CLevel executives. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to market, organizational changes, and shifting priorities. Experience crafting and tailoring a compelling message for a given audience. Knowledge of financial systems, ERP & accounting terminologies and related industry/technical concepts. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Compensation The expected OTE range for this role is $170,400 to $213,000. The starting wage will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The OTE figure listed includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
