Nous ralisons de nombreux projets publics et privs. Nous agrandissons constamment notre quipe et notre clientle et sommes prsentement en recherche dun estimateur(trice) pour se joindre notre quipe.Rles et Responsabilits:Identifier et revoir les conditions gnrales et particulires dun projet ;Faire des relevs de quantit et de matriel dune manire prcise et exacte ;Proposer, analyser et suggrer des alternatives ce qui est spcifi aux dessins ;Solliciter et inviter des soustraitants spcialiss et fournisseurs soumissionner sur les diffrents mtiers ; Analyser les offres reues par les soustraitants spcialiss et fournisseurs ;Prparer les documents de soumission et assister l'ouverture des soumissions ;Rencontrer le superviseur et charg de projet pour changer le contenu de la soumission ; Ngociation et octrois des contrats ;Assistance au dmarrage des projets ; Pouvoir assister aux visites de chantier (lorsque requis).Qui nous recherchons:Bilingue en franais et en anglais, tant la lecture qu' l'criture ; Minimum 3ans d'exprience en estimation de la construction et rnovation commerciale, industriel et institutionnel ;Diplme collgial ou universitaire ;Solides comptences en gestion, en planification, en leadership et en organisation ;Exprience dans lestimation des projets de rnovation et nouvelle construction ;Une solide comprhension de tous les mtiers de la construction et des matriaux, mthodes et techniques de construction ;Connaissance approfondie du BSDQ ; Connaissance approfondie du SEAO et MERX ;Capacit comprendre et interprter les dessins et les spcifications ;Une exprience de l'utilisation de Microsoft Outlook, Word et Excel est indispensable ;Exprience avec lapplication Estimateur et E-Plans considre comme un atout.Ce que nous offrons:Un salaire comptitif ;Un rgime d'assurances collectives (mdicale, optique, dentaire) ainsi que la tlmdecine ;4 semaines de vacances ;Possibilits de formation et soutien ;Environnement de travail favorable et dynamique. We are a general contractor specializing in commercial, industrial and institutional construction and renovation. We carry out numerous public and private projects. We are constantly expanding our team and our clientele and are currently looking for an estimator to join our team.Roles and responsibilities:Identify and review the general and specific conditions of a project ;Quantity and material takeoffs in a precise and exact manner ;Propose, analyze and suggest alternatives to what is specified in the drawings ;Solicit and invite specialized subcontractors and suppliers to bid on the various trades ; Analyze the offers received by specialized subcontractors and suppliers ;Prepare tender documents and attend the opening of tenders ;Meet with the supervisor and project manager to discuss the content of the submission ; Negotiation and awarding of contracts ;Assistance with project start-ups ; Be able to attend site visits (when required).Who we are looking for:Bilingual in French and English, both reading and writing ; Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial, industrial and institutional construction and renovation estimation ;College or university diploma ;Strong management, planning, leadership and organizational skills ;Experience in estimating renovation and new construction projects ;A solid understanding of all construction trades and construction materials, methods and techniques ;In-depth knowledge of BSDQ ; In-depth knowledge of SEAO and MERX ;Ability to understand and interpret drawings and specifications ;Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is essential ;Experience with the Estimator and E-Plans application considered an asset.What we offer:A competitive salary ;A group insurance plan (medical, optical, dental) as well as telemedicine ;4 weeks of vacation ;Training opportunities and support ;Supportive and dynamic work environment.
