If you love connecting with people, building talent pipelines, and influencing recruitment strategy, this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact.In this role, youll lead full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for a wide range of clinical and non-clinical roles across multiple provinces. Youll partner closely with operational and HR leaders to understand hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Beyond day-to-day recruitment, youll also play a key part in strategic talent initiatives, including early-talent programs, school partnerships, and proactive talent pipeline development.What Youll Be Doing:Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles nationwide.Partner with Regional and Clinic leadership to understand needs and design sourcing strategies.Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dayforce Recruiting, Indeed, and professional networks.Conduct screening, interviews, and offer management with a strong focus on candidate experience.Maintain accurate requisition and pipeline data within the ATS.Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.Support the development and implementation of national recruitment strategies.Identify new channels for talent attraction (community outreach, events, partnerships).Build and maintain talent pools for critical clinical roles.Contribute to internship, co-op, and new-grad program development.Build relationships with dental programs, schools, and industry groups.Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and professional conferences.Partner with Marketing and Communications to strengthen employer brand presence.Serve as a culture ambassador when engaging with candidates and external partners.What Youll Need to Be Successful:Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or a related field (CHRP/RPR an asset).3+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in healthcare or dental hiring.Proven success managing high-volume, multi-location recruitment.Experience with Dayforce Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to operate as a strategic talent partner to business leaders.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Natural networker with strong external relationship-building abilities.
